Job Summary
- We are seeking an experienced HR Generalist to manage end-to-end human resources functions within a steel manufacturing environment.
- The ideal candidate will support HR operations, drive employee engagement, and leverage HR data analytics to improve workforce performance and decision-making.
Requirements
- Minimum of 5 years’ experience as an HR Generalist
- Prior experience in the manufacturing sector is mandatory
- Strong knowledge of HR data analysis and reporting
- Good understanding of Nigerian labor laws
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Compensation & Benefits
- Salary: ₦300,000 – ₦350,000 / Month.
