Job Description
- We are seeking an IT Training Coordinator to design, organize, and manage technical training programs across the organization.
- The role focuses on developing learning materials, coordinating training sessions, and supporting continuous capability development for staff and teams.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain IT training curricula and learning pathways
- Plan, schedule, and coordinate internal training programs and workshops
- Deliver or facilitate technical training sessions (in-person or online)
- Manage e-learning platforms and digital training resources
- Assess training needs across teams and design suitable programs
- Track training participation, progress, and effectiveness
- Update training materials to reflect new technologies and systems
- Support onboarding programs for new technical staff
Requirements
Preferred Qualifications:
- Degree in Education, Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field
- Experience in corporate IT training or learning and development roles
- Certifications in instructional design or training delivery (an advantage)
- Strong organizational and facilitation skills
Key Requirements / Expertise:
- Experience in curriculum development and training program design
- Strong understanding of IT concepts and technical environments
- Familiarity with e-learning platforms and training tools
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Ability to manage schedules and coordinate multiple training activities
- Experience in instructional design or capability development
Performance Metrics:
- Training completion and participation rates
- Improvement in staff technical competency
- Effectiveness of training programs based on feedback
- Timeliness and quality of training delivery
