Construction Project Manager
Location: Enugu
Job Summary
- We are seeking a results-driven Construction Project Manager to oversee and coordinate construction projects from start to completion.
- The ideal candidate will be responsible for planning, budgeting, supervising site activities, and ensuring projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget.
Key Responsibilities
- Plan and manage all phases of construction projects, from initiation to completion
- Develop project schedules, budgets, and work plans
- Supervise site operations and ensure adherence to design specifications and safety standards
- Coordinate with architects, engineers, contractors, and other stakeholders
- Monitor project progress and prepare regular reports
- Ensure compliance with local building regulations and company policies
- Manage procurement of materials and ensure cost control
- Identify risks and implement effective solutions to avoid delays
- Conduct site inspections and quality control checks
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering, Building Technology, Construction Management, or related field
- 3–5 years of experience in construction project management
- Strong knowledge of construction processes, materials, and legal regulations
- Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills
- Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines
- Proficiency in project management tools and Microsoft Office Suite.
Salary
N300,000 / month.
