*Role Overview*
We are seeking an experienced HR Specialist (HR Consulting & Workforce Advisory) to deliver high-impact HR consulting and workforce advisory services to client organizations. The successful candidate will play a key role in helping clients design and implement people strategies, develop compliant HR frameworks, and optimize workforce performance in line with Nigerian labor laws and global best practices.
Key Responsibilities
HR Consulting (Primary Focus)
1. Provide end-to-end HR advisory services to client organizations, covering recruitment, employee relations, performance management, learning & development, and organizational design.
2. Conduct HR audits, prepare diagnostic reports, and develop tailored HR improvement roadmaps for clients.
3. Design and implement HR policies, employee handbooks, and compliance frameworks aligned with Nigerian labor laws and international standards.
4. Support organizational development initiatives including restructuring, change management, and succession planning.
5. Advise clients on talent acquisition strategies, employer branding, and employee engagement initiatives.
6. Deliver HR workshops, training sessions, and capacity-building programs for managers and HR teams.
7. Serve as a trusted advisor to senior leaders on HR strategy, workforce planning, and culture transformation.
Workforce Advisory & Management
1. Provide consulting support on workforce planning, deployment models, and productivity optimization.
2. Advise on labor law compliance, statutory obligations, and regulatory requirements.
3. Design and review outsourced and contract workforce management frameworks.
4. Review payroll processes and advise on compliance, reporting accuracy, and efficiency improvements.
5. Develop workforce analytics and insights to support data-driven HR decision-making.
Qualifications & Experience
* Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Industrial Relations, Business Administration, or a related field.
* Minimum of 5 years’ experience in HR consulting, HR operations, or workforce advisory roles.
* Strong knowledge of Nigerian labor laws, HR compliance, and organizational development.
* Excellent client engagement, facilitation, and report-writing skills.
* Professional HR certification (CIPM, SHRM, CIPD, or equivalent) is an added advantage.
