Job Summary
- We are seeking a creative and results-driven Content Creator to join our growing real estate organization.
- The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing engaging and high-quality content that promotes our brand, showcases our properties, and drives audience engagement across digital platforms.
Key Responsibilities
- Create engaging content (videos, graphics, and written posts) for social media platforms and marketing campaigns.
- Develop content strategies aligned with brand goals and target audience.
- Manage and grow the company’s social media presence (Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, etc.).
- Collaborate with the marketing and sales team to promote properties and services.
- Shoot and edit property videos, reels, and promotional materials.
- Monitor content performance and optimize strategies based on insights and analytics.
- Stay updated with industry trends and incorporate creative ideas into content.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field (optional but an advantage).
- Minimum of 3 years experience as a Content Creator, Social Media Manager, or similar role.
- Strong skills in content creation, video editing, and graphic design tools (e.g., Canva, CapCut, Adobe Suite).
- Good understanding of social media trends and digital marketing strategies.
- Excellent communication and storytelling skills.
- Creative mindset with attention to detail.
- Must reside within or close to Sangotedo (only candidates within the job location will be considered).
Salary
N150,000 - N200,000 monthly.
