Project Director (Expatriates & Nationals)

Key Responsibilities
- Participate in all design and construction projects (new builds, renovations, expansions, acquisitions, and dispositions).
- Lead the project team through construction to final close-out of assigned projects.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with executives, consultants, site engineers, trade partners, and suppliers.
- Develop and maintain construction schedules in conjunction with the project team to meet milestones and completion dates.
- Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure project objectives are achieved.
- Lead regular project meetings.
- Monitor, track, and report all financial aspects of projects, including budgets, forecasts, and billings.
Required Qualifications, Experience, and Skills
- Minimum of a Bachelor's Degree or equivalent in Architecture, Estate Management, or a relevant Engineering field from a reputable university.
- An MBA will be an added advantage.
- Good communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
- Minimum of 20 years of cognate experience with comprehensive knowledge of building and construction project development and operations.
- Demonstrated success and advancement in a real estate-related field.
- Proficiency and certification(s) in project management.
- Good working knowledge of the entire real estate value chain.
- Excellent negotiating, organizational, and communication skills.
