Job Summary
- Social Media Managerdevelops, executes, and analyzes a brand’s social media strategy to boost engagement and visibility. Their core duties include creating content calendars, managing posts, interacting with the community, and tracking key performance indicators (KPIs) to align with business objectives.
Core Job Description & Responsibilities
- Analytics & Reporting: Reviews performance metrics (e.g., CTR, conversion rate) to optimize content for better results.
- Trend Monitoring: Stays updated with algorithm changes and emerging trends to keep the brand relevant.
- Paid Social: Often responsible for planning and managing paid advertising campaigns, including budget management.
- Strategy & Planning: Develops and implements comprehensive social media strategies to drive brand awareness and engagement.
- Content Management:Creates, schedules, and curates content (copy, images, video) across platforms like Instagram, LinkedIn, and TikTok.
- Community Management: Monitors social channels, replies to comments, and engages with followers to build a loyal community.
Required Skills and Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, or a related field.
- Experience: Previous experience in social media marketing or digital marketing.
- Knowledge: Strong understanding of social media platforms, analytics tools, and content trends.
- Creative Skills: Excellent copywriting and visual content creation skills.
