Store Supervisor
Location: Maitama, Abuja (FCT)

Job Summary
- The Store Supervisor supports the Store Manager in the daily running of the Erickayser Abuja ensuring smooth operations and adherence to brand standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Supervise day-to-day store activities and ensure smooth service operations
- Support the Store Manager in implementing Erickayser standards and procedures
- Monitor stock levels, assist with inventory control, and report shortages
- Minimize wastage, especially for perishable bakery items
- Ensure cleanliness, hygiene, and food safety standards are consistently maintained
- Step in to manage the store in the absence of the Store Manager when required.
Requirements & Qualifications
- Minimum of an HND / BSc in any related field
- 3-5 years experience in a retail, restaurant, or cafeenvironment
- Prior supervisory experience is an advantage
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Basic knowledge of inventory.

Salary
N200,000 monthly.
