Job Summary
- We are seeking a highly skilled Facility Manager/supervisor with strong hands-on expertise in electrical systems, plumbing, and general facility management to join our team.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee day-to-day facility operations, maintenance, and repairs
- Conduct routine inspections and ensure all electrical and plumbing systems are functioning optimally
- Manage contractors, technicians, and service providers to ensure quality and timely work
- Implement preventive maintenance schedules to reduce downtime and operational costs
- Ensure compliance with safety standards, building codes, and regulatory requirements
- Respond promptly to facility-related emergencies and provide practical solutions
- Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities and inventory
Requirements
- Qualification: Engineering, Building and Tech, Estate Management, Business Management, or any related field.
- Proven experience as a Facility Manager or Maintenance Supervisor
- Strong technical knowledge in electrical and plumbing systems
- Ability to diagnose and resolve facility issues efficiently
- Excellent organizational, communication, and leadership skills
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety.
