Real Estate Lawyer
Location: Sango / Samonda, Ibadan - Oyo
Employment Type: Full-time
Responsiblities
- Conducting real estate transactions and ensuring legality of property transactions
- Reviewing and drafting real estate documents including rental agreements, purchase contracts, deeds, and property transfers
- Assisting clients in understanding contracts and legal documents related to real estate
- Ensuring compliance with all local, state, and federal regulations throughout property transactions
- Representing clients in court in case of legal disputes involving property
- Conducting thorough research and analysis of property titles
- Negotiating terms and conditions of real estate transactions
- Advising clients on their legal rights and obligations regarding real estate
- Working closely with other professionals such as real estate agents and mortgage brokers
- Staying updated with changes in real estate laws and regulations
Qualifications
- Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school
- License to practice law in the state.
- Proven work experience as a Real Estate Lawyer
- Strong understanding of property law and real estate procedures
- Excellent negotiation and communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines
- Experience in drafting legal documents and contracts.
Salary
N150,000 - N200,000 per month.
