Education Advisor (Student Recruitment & Advisory)
Location: Abuja (FCT) and Lagos

About the Role
- We are seeking dynamic and results-driven Education Advisors to join our team in Lagos and Abuja.
- This role is ideal for individuals passionate about education, student engagement, and international opportunities.
- The successful candidates will be responsible for guiding prospective students through educational pathways, from initial interest to successful enrollment, while actively driving student recruitment efforts.
Key Responsibilities
- Engage prospective students and provide guidance on international higher education opportunities.
- Support students through the decision-making process, application, and onboarding stages.
- Build and maintain a strong pipeline of prospective students.
- Conduct outbound calls, follow-ups, and targeted outreach to generate leads.
- Organize and participate in recruitment activities, including virtual or in-person sessions.
- Maintain accurate records of student interactions and progress.
- Work closely with internal teams to ensure a seamless student experience.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in any relevant field.
- 1–3 years experience in sales, customer engagement, or student recruitment (preferred).
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to engage, persuade, and build trust with prospective students.
- Target-driven with a proactive approach to achieving results.
- Ability to manage multiple student cases effectively.
