Location: Abuja (FCT)
Description
We are recruiting Corps Members (Legal)to join ourAbuja office
We are seeking high-caliber Corps Members (Legal) for our Abuja office.
In this role, you are an active member of the legal team, responsible for executing professional legal tasks and supporting the firm's core operations.
You will be expected to deliver high-quality work product across domestic and international matters.
Responsibilities
Case & File Management: Execute litigation support and advisory services, including drafting court processes and managing client documentation.
Contract Administration: Draft, review, and negotiate commercial contracts and corporate agreements.
Legal Strategy & Advisory: Execute complex legal research to produce high-stakes memos and formal advisory opinions.
Regulatory Interface: Conduct filings and manage relations with regulatory bodies (CAC, SEC, etc.) to ensure client compliance.
Operational Execution: Handle day-to-day legal administrative tasks essential to the firm's practice.
Requirements
Education: LL.B and B.L (Called to the Nigerian Bar).
Academic Standing: Minimum of Second Class Upper (2:1)from both University and Law School.
NYSC Status: Currently serving or posted to Abuja.
Competencies: Professional-grade writing, sharp analytical skills, and strict attention to detail.
Mindset: A results-driven professional capable of performing in a high-pressure, international environment.
