About the Project
We’re building a content-led real estate web project and are looking for an experienced
content creator who can also support content creation and SEO-friendly execution. This
is a consultancy engagement focused on delivering consistent, high-quality content
that informs and attracts real estate audiences.
You’ll work directly with the Content Strategy Lead (Project Team) and contribute
articles and supporting content that will be published on a WordPress site.
Scope of Work
Monthly deliverables will be agreed based on priorities, your capacity, and the content
plan. This may include a mix of:
Content Strategy Support
• Topic planning and editorial calendar support
• Content briefs/outlines and recommendations on content structure
• Keyword research and search-intent alignment
• Internal linking suggestions and content clustering ideas
Content Creation
• Writing clear, original, well-researched real estate articles
• Structuring content for readability (headings, FAQs, summaries, etc.)
• Editing and refining drafts based on feedback
WordPress Execution
• Uploading posts to WordPress as drafts (formatting, headings, links, meta
descriptions)
• Sourcing/adding image suggestions and alt text (where required)
• Publishing only if explicitly agreed (otherwise draft/submission workflow)
What We’re Looking For
• Proven experience writing web content, ideally within real estate or adjacent
sectors (finance, home/lifestyle, property, construction)
• Strong written English (clarity, structure, tone control)
• Good grasp of SEO fundamentals (search intent, on-page structure, internal
linking)
• Comfortable working directly in WordPress
• Reliable delivery, responsiveness, and ability to work independently in a remote
setup
• Portfolio of relevant writing samples

• Google Search Console, Google Analytics (GA4)
• Ahrefs, SEMrush, Moz, Ubersuggest, KWFinder (Mangools)

Budget & Payment
• ₦150,000 – ₦250,000 monthly retainer
• You will invoice monthly; payment via NGN transfer within agreed terms
• The exact mix of strategy + writing + WordPress tasks will be agreed during the
interview
