Technical Manager
Location: Lagos

Key Responsibilities
- Oversee production processes and quality control
- Improve existing formulations for cost efficiency, performance, and sustainability.
- Provide technical support to sales and operations teams
- Ensure compliance with safety and operational standards
- Establish and maintain quality standards for raw materials, in-process production, and finished goods.
- Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations (e.g., VOC limits, environmental and safety standards).
- Investigate and resolve quality issues and customer complaints.
- Provide technical guidance to sales, production, and customer service teams.
- Support key customers with product application, troubleshooting, and performance optimization.
- Collaborate with manufacturing to ensure efficient and consistent production processes.
- Optimize batch processes, reduce waste, and improve productivity.
- Implement best practices in manufacturing and scale-up of new formulations.
- Train and manage technical staff.
Qualifications
- Degree in Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, or related field.
Salary
N450,000 - N550,000 per month.
