Job Summary
- We are looking to hire a Customer Service Representative (Sales & Conversion) to manage client inquiries, convert leads into bookings, and ensure a seamless and professional client experience.
Responsibilities
- Respond promptly to inquiries via WhatsApp, Instagram, phone, and other platforms
- Convert inquiries in Job Summary to confirmed bookings and drive revenue
- Follow up consistently on pending leads
- Provide accurate information on treatments, pricing, and policies
- Maintain proper booking records and update CRM systems
- Upsell and cross-sell services where appropriate
- Escalate medical or technical questions to the appropriate team
Requirements
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Sales-driven mindset with ability to convert leads
- Professional, polite, and customer-focused attitude
- Ability to multitask and manage multiple conversations
- Previous experience in customer service or sales is an added advantage.
Remuneration
- ₦150,000 monthly gross salary
- Performance-based growth opportunities.
