Head Teacher - Primary School
Location: Onitsha, Anambra

Responsibilities
- Develop and implement effective processes for the learning and development of pupils.
- Manage the reviews of teachers and other teaching staff within the school community.
- Implement safeguarding procedures as required.
- Manage the school budget for all required expenditures such as learning materials, salaries, and also extracurricular activities.
- Arrange and oversee parent-teacher meetings.
- Prepare the teachers, pupilsand other staff members for inspections conducted by the regulatory authorities.
- Provide reports on performance, financials, and improvements to the board.
- Create a diverse, dynamic, and inclusive environment among the teachers and pupils.
- Take classes when required to cover for sickness and absence of teachers.
Qualifications
- B.Ed or other related field
- Must possess a minimum of 10 years robust Primary school teaching and pupils management experience from renowned schools.
Other Conditions:
- Possess special competence in teaching Mathematics and English
- Knowledge of early learning philosophies/frameworks as the case may be.
- Candidates must be grounded in management of Primary school pupils
- Self-contained accommodation willbe provided
