Assistant Administrative Manager
Location: Ikeja, Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time
Responsibilities
- Support daily administrative operations within the factory and office
- Coordinate administrative support for production, engineering, and logistics teams
- Supervise admin staff (clerks, front desk, facility support)
- Manage office supplies, factory consumables, and vendor coordination
- Assist in maintaining staff records, attendance, and documentation
- Prepare reports related to operations, workforce, and administrative costs
- Coordinate meetings, internal communications, and schedules
- Ensure compliance with company policies, safety standards, and regulatory requirements
- Support audits, inspections, and internal control processes
- Assist in facility management (cleaning, security, utilities coordination)
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Management, or related field
- 5-10 years of experience in administration, preferably in a manufacturing or factory setting
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
- Ability to work in a fast-paced industrial environment
- Basic knowledge of factory operations is an advantage
Preferred Skills:
- Experience in FMCG or bottling/manufacturing companies
- Knowledge of HR processes (attendance, leave tracking, staff records)
- Familiarity with compliance, HSE, and audit processes
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
Salary
N600,000 - N700,000 per month.
