Nursing Associate (Paediatrics)

Job Summary
- We are looking to hire a qualified and compassionate Paediatric Nurse to provide high-quality nursing care to infants, children, and adolescents.
- The successful candidate will be responsible for monitoring patient health, administering treatments, supporting medical procedures, and providing education and emotional support to patients and their families.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide comprehensive nursing care to paediatric patients in line with clinical standards.
- Monitor, record, and report vital signs and changes in patients’ conditions.
- Administer medications, injections, and treatments as prescribed by physicians.
- Assist doctors during examinations, procedures, and emergencies.
- Maintain accurate and detailed patient records and nursing documentation.
- Educate parents and caregivers on treatment plans, medication use, and child health management.
- Ensure a safe, clean, and child-friendly environment at all times.
- Respond promptly to medical emergencies and provide appropriate interventions.
- Adhere strictly to infection prevention and control protocols.
- Collaborate effectively with other healthcare professionals to deliver holistic care.
Requirements
- Registered Nurse (RN) with a valid practicing license.
- Additional certification or proven experience in paediatrics is highly preferred.
- 1–3 years of relevant nursing experience.
- Strong knowledge of paediatric care principles and practices.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to handle children with patience, empathy, and care.
- Good organizational and multitasking abilities.
- High level of professionalism and attention to detail.
