Investor Relation Manager

Job Summary
- We are seeking a detail-oriented and commercially aware Investor Relations Manager to support capital raising, manage investor pipelines, and strengthen engagement with high-net-worth and institutional investors.
Role Overview
- You will work closely with the Head of Investor Relations to drive investor outreach, manage engagement pipelines, and support deal execution. This role is ideal for professionals looking to build a strong career in investment, capital markets, and investor relations.
Key Responsibilities
Investor Prospecting & Outreach:
- Identify and engage HNIs, family offices, and institutional investors
- Conduct research and qualify investor leads
- Support targeted outreach and relationship building
Investor Communications:
- Prepare pitch decks, investment memos, and investor materials
- Draft professional investor emails, updates, and follow-ups
- Support presentations, meetings, and roadshows
Pipeline & CRM Management:
- Maintain investor database and track all engagements
- Monitor pipeline progress, conversions, and follow-ups
- Generate reports and flag risks or gaps
Deal & Due Diligence Support:
- Assist with investor meetings, documentation, and data rooms
- Coordinate due diligence and investor communications
- Track feedback and engagement outcomes
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Business, or related field
- 3–5 years’ experience in finance, investment, BD, or banking
- Strong interest in capital markets and investor engagement
- Proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, and CRM tools.

Salary
N200,000 – N250,000 (Net) per month.
