Quality Control / Quality Assurance Officer

Job Summary
- We are looking for a Quality Control Officer/Quality Assurance to ensure our products consistently meet the right standards before reaching customers.
- The role involves checking materials and finished goods, spotting and reporting issues, and working closely with the production team to maintain high quality.
Key Responsibilities
- Monitor food quality and ensure consistency across operations
- Conduct routine hygiene and food safety inspections
- Ensure compliance with company standards and procedures
- Support the training of staff on quality and hygiene practices
- Document quality checks and report issues for improvement
Requirements
- 1–2 years of experience in hospitality, kitchen, or QA/QC role
- HND / B.Sc Degree in Food Science, Food Tech, Foods and Nutrition, etc.
- Background in Culinary Arts / Hospitality Management
- Basic knowledge of food safety standards (HACCP is a plus)
- Good attention to detail and communication skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
