Digital Marketing Intern

Job Summary
- We are seeking a proactive and results-driven Digital Marketing Intern with at least 1 year of hands-on experience in managing digital campaigns.
- The ideal candidate will support the execution of marketing strategies, drive online visibility, and contribute to lead generation efforts across multiple digital platforms.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist in planning, executing, and optimizing digital marketing campaigns across platforms (Google, social media, email, etc.)
- Manage and grow social media pages (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, etc.)
- Create engaging content (graphics, captions, short videos) aligned with brand messaging
- Monitor campaign performance and provide weekly reports with insights and recommendations
- Support lead generation and conversion strategies
- Conduct market and competitor research to identify trends and opportunities
- Collaborate with the design and sales teams to align marketing efforts with business goals
- Assist in managing email marketing campaigns and newsletters
Requirements
- Minimum of 1 year experience managing digital marketing campaigns
- Basic knowledge of digital marketing tools (e.g., Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, Canva, Mailchimp, etc.)
- Strong understanding of social media marketing and content creation
- Ability to analyze data and interpret campaign performance metrics
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Self-motivated, organized, and able to work independently in a remote environment
- Must be based in Lagos or familiar with the Lagos market

Compensation
₦40,000 monthly + Data Allowance.
