Junior Information Technology Officer
Location: Jabi, Abuja (FCT)

Job Summary
- We are looking for a skilled and versatile Junior IT Officer with knowledge of graphic design and CCTV system maintenance.
- The ideal candidate will provide IT support, manage basic design needs, and ensure proper functioning of surveillance systems within the organization.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide daily IT support to staff (hardware, software, and network issues)
- Install, configure, and maintain computer systems and IT equipment
- Design basic graphics for internal and external use (flyers, social media posts, presentations)
- Install, monitor, and maintain CCTV systems and ensure they function properly
- Troubleshoot issues related to CCTV cameras, DVR/NVR systems, and network connectivity
- Support onboarding of new staff with system setup (emails, devices, access)
- Maintain IT inventory and documentation
- Ensure data backup and security protocols are followed
- Monitor internet connectivity and resolve related issues
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or HND in Computer Science, IT, or related field
- 3- 5 years of relevant experience in IT support
- Basic knowledge of graphic design tools (e.g., CorelDRAW, Adobe Photoshop, Canva)
- Experience in the installation and maintenance of CCTV systems
- Good understanding of computer hardware, software, and networking basics
- Strong problem-solving and communication skills
- Preferred Skills (Added Advantage)
- Knowledge of video editing tools
- Familiarity with networking (LAN/WAN configuration)
- IT certifications (e.g., CompTIA A+, Network+)
- Creative mindset with attention to detail.
