Responsibilities

- Oversee all financial operations including budgeting, financial forecasting, financial reporting, and tax compliance.

- Develop and implement financial policies and procedures.

- Conduct financial analysis to support business decision-making.

- Manage the preparation of annual financial reports and coordinate audits.

- Liaise with external auditors, bankers, and other financial institutions.

- Supervise and mentor the finance team.

Required Skills and Experience

- Strong analytical and quantitative skills.

- Proficiency in financial software (e.g., QuickBooks, SAP).

- Excellent knowledge of accounting standards and financial regulations in Nigeria.

- Leadership and team management skills.

- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.

- Minimum of 7 years in a finance-related role, with at least 3 years in a managerial position.

- A degree in Finance, Accounting, or Business Administration; an MBA or professional certification (ACA, ACCA) is advantageous.
