Role Overview
- We are looking for a smart, courteous, and well-organized Female NYSC Corps Member seeking a Primary Place of Assignment (PPA)to serve as a Front Desk Officer/Receptionist.
- In this role, you will be the first point of contact for visitors and callers, while gaining hands-on experience in office administration and corporate communication within a professional media environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Welcome and attend to visitors in a professional manner
- Answer, screen, and route phone calls and inquiries
- Manage incoming and outgoing correspondence
- Maintain a clean and organized reception area
- Keep records of visitors and handle basic access control
- Provide administrative support to the team as required
- Liaise with internal staff to ensure smooth front office operations
Requirements
- Current Female NYSC Corps Member seeking a Primary Place of Assignment (PPA)
- Mustresideon the Island (Lekki, Ajah, VI, Ikoyi, etc.)
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Professional, friendly, and well-presented
- Basic computer skills (Microsoft Word, Excel, email)
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Willingness to learn and take initiative
