Responsibilities

- Plan, teach and asses lessons across various primary school subjects.
- Create a supportive and inclusive classroom environment that meets the diverse needs of all students.
- Collaborate with colleagues to enhance curriculum and teaching practices that align with the school's curriculum standards.
- Communicate effectively with parents and guardians.
- Participate in staff development and school events.
Requirements / Skills
The required skills for the job include, but are not limited to the following:
- Candidates should possess a BEd or NCE qualification or both with at least 5 years of work experience.
- Sound verbal and written communication skills.
- Excellent subject knowledge and pedagogical skills.
- Ability to develop and implement individualized learning plans.
- Ability to interact and engage positively with staff and pupils.
- Ability to adapt to diverse learning needs.
- Strong classroom management and organisational skills.
- Commitment to ongoing professional development.
