Executive Assistant

Job Summary
- We are seeking a highly organized, proactive, and stylish Executive Assistant to support senior leadership in a fast-paced fashion environment.
- The ideal candidate will manage administrative tasks, coordinate schedules, and support creative and operational activities while maintaining a high level of professionalism and confidentiality.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and maintain the executive’s calendar, appointments, and meetings
- Coordinate travel arrangements, including flights, accommodation, and itineraries
- Handle email correspondence, calls, and follow-ups on behalf of the executive
- Prepare reports, presentations, and documents as required
- Assist in planning and coordinating fashion events, photoshoots, and shows
- Liaise with designers, stylists, models, vendors, and clients
- Track project timelines and ensure deadlines are met
- Maintain proper filing systems (digital and physical)
- Support day-to-day business operations and administrative tasks
- Run occasional errands related to business or personal assignments
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Fashion Management, Communications, or a related field
- 2–3 years experience as an Executive Assistant, preferably in fashion, retail, or a creative industry
- Strong understanding of the fashion industry, trends, and event cycles
- Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- High level of discretion and confidentiality.
Salary
N150,000 per month.
