Job Description
- The CFO will lead all financial strategy, planning, reporting, and treasury operations.
- This role is critical to sustaining the financial health of the organisation and supporting the board and MD with sound financial intelligence.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute the financial strategy in alignment with corporate objectives.
- Oversee financial reporting, budgeting, forecasting, and long-term financial planning.
- Manage investor relations, capital allocation, and fundraising activities.
- Ensure accuracy and integrity of all financial statements and regulatory filings.
- Lead treasury, taxation, and asset-liability management functions.
- Provide financial insights and risk analysis to support executive decision-making.
- Maintain relationships with auditors, regulators, and financial institutions.
Qualifications & Experience
- First Degree in Accounting, Finance, or Economics. Master's degree is an advantage.
- Must hold a professional qualification: ICAN, ACCA, CIMA, or CPA.
- Minimum of 12 years of experience in finance, with at least 5 years in a senior finance leadership role within financial services.
- Strong expertise in financial modelling, IFRS, and regulatory reporting.
- Demonstrated experience in fund management, treasury operations, or investment banking.
- Excellent analytical, leadership, and communication skills.
