Job Description

• We are seeking a reliable and efficient Dispatch Rider to join our logistics team.
• The ideal candidate will be responsible for the safe and timely delivery of packages to customers while maintaining professionalism and excellent customer service.

Responsibilities

• Pick up and deliver packages promptly and safely
• Plan and follow efficient delivery routes
• Ensure proper handling of items to prevent damage
• Maintain accurate delivery records
• Communicate effectively with customers and the operations team
• Perform basic maintenance checks on the bike.

Requirements

Education:

• Minimum of SSCE (WAEC / NECO) or equivalent

Experience:

• At least 1 year experience as a dispatch rider is an added advantage

Skills:

• Good knowledge of Lagos roads and routes
• Time management and punctuality
• Strong communication skills
• Ability to work under pressure
• Basic smartphone/navigation skills (Google Maps, etc.)

Other Requirements

• Valid rider’s license
• Must be honest, reliable, and responsible
• Must reside in or around Magodo Phase II or nearby areas
• Physically fit and able to ride for extended periods.

Remuneration

• N80,000 - N150,000 monthly salary.
