Client Service Officer

Description
- We are seeking a smart, proactive, and customer-oriented Sales Representative to join our showroom team.
- The ideal candidate will be responsible for attending to walk-in customers, presenting and demonstrating products, and ensuring customers have an excellent shopping experience that leads to increased sales and customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities
- Welcome and attend to customers in a professional and friendly manner
- Present, explain, and demonstrate products available in the showroom
- Assist customers in selecting products based on their needs and preferences
- Ensure all products are properly arranged, clean, and well-displayed at all times
- Provide accurate product information, pricing, and availability details
- Support daily sales activities and work towards achieving sales targets
- Handle customer inquiries and provide timely assistance
- Maintain good customer relationships to encourage repeat business
- Assist in promoting ongoing offers, discounts, and marketing campaigns
- Work with other team members to ensure smooth showroom operations
Requirements
- Minimum of OND qualification (or equivalent)
- Previous experience in sales, retail, or customer service is an added advantage
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Confidence in engaging and convincing customers
- Basic sales and negotiation skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced retail/showroom environment
- Must reside in Lagos and be able to commute to Ikeja.
Work Schedule:
- Monday – Saturday
- 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM
- Two Shifts.
Salary
N120,000 - N140,000 monthly.
