Job Summary
- As the Operations Manager, you will oversee daily operations, manage staff, and ensure efficient service delivery while maintaining high standards of customer experience and operational control.
Responsibilities
- Supervise daily operations and manage staff across all departments
- Oversee customer service, order fulfillment, and communication channels
- Monitor inventory, production flow, and operational efficiency
- Ensure compliance with company policies, hygiene, and service standards
- Prepare daily reports and support management with operational decisions.
Requirements
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in operations or supervisory roles within hospitality or retail
- Strong leadership and team management skills
- Good communication and problem-solving ability
- Proficiency in POS systems, reporting tools, and digital communication platforms.
Salary
N280,000 - N300,000 / month.
