Job Summary

- We are seeking a dynamic and experienced General Manager with a proven track record in the property development space.
- The ideal candidate will provide strategic leadership, drive business growth, and oversee operations to position the company competitively in both local and international real estate markets.
- The successful candidate will report directly to the Group CEO and will play a critical role in shaping and executing the company’s vision.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide strategic leadership and direction for the company’s operations.
- Drive business development initiatives and expand the company’s real estate portfolio.
- Oversee property development projects from conception to completion.
- Ensure effective management of resources, budgets, and timelines.
- Identify and evaluate investment opportunities in the real estate market.
- Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, investors, and partners.
- Ensure compliance with regulatory and industry standards.
- Develop and implement operational policies and procedures.
- Lead, mentor, and manage teams to achieve organizational goals.
- Monitor market trends to inform strategic decision-making.
Requirements
- Minimum of a Bachelor’s Degree or its equivalent.
- Professional certification in any of the following fields: Building, Architecture, Quantity Surveying, Estate Management.
- Proven experience in a similar role within a real estate or property development company.
- Minimum of 4 years of experience in a mid-management position with strong leadership exposure.
- Demonstrated ability to drive growth and manage real estate development projects.
