Role Overview
- The Project Manager is responsible for the planning, coordination, and successful delivery of assigned construction projects.
- The role ensures projects are completed on time, within budget, and to required quality standards, while managing site teams and key stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities
- Plan and execute projects from start to completion.
- Supervise Site Managers and coordinate daily site activities.
- Monitor timelines, budgets, and resource allocation.
- Ensure quality standards and compliance with safety regulations.
- Identify risks, resolve issues, and prevent delays.
- Liaise with clients, consultants, and vendors.
- Provide regular progress and performance reports to the Site Lead.
Salary
N200,000 - N300,000 / month.
