Job Description

• Our client is seeking to fill the vacant position of a Chief Financial Officer (CFO) who will provide strategic financial leadership and oversee all financial activities of the group.
• The CFO will be responsible for financial planning, risk management, financial reporting, capital management, and ensuring regulatory compliance.
• The role will work closely with the executive leadership team and board to support strategic growth and long-term financial sustainability.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement the organization’s financial strategy aligned with business goals. 
• Lead budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning processes. 
• Provide strategic financial advice to the CEO and executive leadership. 
• Oversee preparation of financial statements and management reports. 
• Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements, accounting standards, and tax laws. 
• Manage cash flow, funding requirements, and relationships with financial institutions. 
• Oversee internal controls, financial governance, and risk management frameworks. 
• Lead and develop the finance and accounting teams. 

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics, or related discipline. 
• Professional certification such as ICAN, ACCA, CPA, or CFA. 
• MBA or Master’s degree in Finance or Business Administration is an advantage. 
• Minimum of 15 years progressive financial management experience, with senior leadership experience. 
• Strong experience in corporate finance, financial strategy, and regulatory compliance.
