Job Summary
- We are looking for a talented and passionate Chef to join our team.
- The ideal candidate will be responsible for preparing high-quality meals, managing kitchen operations, and ensuring excellent food presentation and hygiene standards
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare and cook a variety of dishes according to menu specifications
- Develop new recipes and menu items
- Ensure consistent food quality and presentation
- Supervise kitchen staff and coordinate activities
- Maintain cleanliness and comply with food safety regulations
- Monitor inventory and order kitchen supplies
- Minimize waste and control food costs
Requirements
- Proven experience as a Chef or Cook
- Culinary certification is an advantage
- Strong knowledge of food preparation techniques
- Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment
- Good leadership and communication skills
- Knowledge of hygiene and food safety standards.
