About the Role
- We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Restaurant Manager to lead operations in our fast-paced Quick Service Restaurant.
- The ideal candidate will combine strong operational leadership with proven business development skills to drive revenue growth, enhance customer experience, and build a high-performing team.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee daily restaurant operations to ensure efficiency, quality, and speed of service
- Drive revenue growth through innovative sales strategies, promotions, and local market engagement
- Deliver exceptional customer service that encourages repeat business and brand loyalty
- Manage, train, and motivate staff to achieve performance targets
- Monitor inventory, control costs, and minimize waste
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, and food quality standards
- Analyze sales performance and implement strategies to improve profitability.
Requirements
- Minimum HND / OND with strong experience and skills may be considered.
- Minimum of 6 years’ experience managing restaurants, preferably in a Quick Service Restaurant (QSR) environment
- Strong business development and revenue growth experience
- Proven leadership and team management skills
- Solid understanding of restaurant operations, cost control, and customer service excellence
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
