Job Summary
- We are seeking a highly motivated and licensed Physiotherapist to join our healthcare team.
- The ideal candidate will be responsible for assessing patients’ physical conditions, developing individualized treatment plans, and delivering evidence-based therapy aimed at restoring movement, reducing pain, and improving overall physical function.
- The role requires a patient-centered approach and the ability to work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct thorough assessments of patients’ physical conditions, mobility, and functional limitations
- Develop and implement individualized physiotherapy treatment plans based on clinical findings
- Administer therapeutic exercises, manual therapy, electrotherapy, and other treatment modalities
- Monitor patient progress and adjust treatment plans as necessary to achieve optimal outcomes
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records, reports, and documentation
- Educate patients and caregivers on injury prevention, posture correction, and home exercise programs
- Collaborate with doctors, nurses, and other healthcare professionals to ensure coordinated care
- Ensure compliance with established clinical protocols, policies, and regulatory standards
- Participate in continuous professional development and training programs
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in Physiotherapy
- Valid practicing license
- 1–3years’ relevant clinical experience
- Strong knowledge of physiotherapy techniques and rehabilitation practices
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and documentation skills
- Ability to work independently and within a multidisciplinary team
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- High level of professionalism and ethical conduct
