Key Responsibilities

• Prepare and cook meals in line with menu specifications

• Maintain cleanliness of the kitchen and cooking areas
• Monitor food stock levels and report shortages
• Comply with all health and safety regulations.

Requirements

• Proven experience as a Cook
• Knowledge of food preparation and cooking techniques
