Key Responsibilities
- Administer dialysis treatment and monitor patient responses.
- Educate patients and families on dialysis care and lifestyle adjustments.
- Collaborate with physicians and other healthcare professionals to deliver comprehensive care.
- Maintain accurate patient records and adhere to hospital protocols.
Qualifications
- Registered Nurse (RN) license.
- Certification or specialization in nephrology nursing.
- Experience in dialysis care.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Commitment to patient-centered care.
