Finance Officer
Location: Abuja (FCT)
Employment Type: Full-time.
Responsibilities
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records in accordance with accounting principles and company policies.
- Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports for management review.
- Support external audits and ensure compliance with tax and regulatory requirements.
- Track financial performance against budgeted targets and provide variance analyses.
- Analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to track business health and recommend improvements.
Requiremements
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics, or related field (ICAN/ACCA certification preferred).
- 4-6 years of experience in finance, accounting, or related roles - ideally within a tech company, startup, or SME.
- Strong understanding of financial reporting, budgeting, and compliance frameworks.
- Exceptional analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
- Demonstrated integrity, confidentiality, and accuracy in all financial dealings.
