Customer Service Representative

Job Summary
- We are seeking a proactive, customer-oriented Customer Service Representative (CSR) to join our team.
- The ideal candidate will manage customer inquiries, resolve complaints, process orders, and ensure a smooth customer experience across all communication channels.
Key Responsibilities
- Respond quickly to customer inquiries via phone, email, social media, and live chat.
- Address product or service complaints professionally and efficiently.
- Provide accurate information about products, services, pricing, and policies.
- Process orders, forms, applications, and requests.
- Update and maintain customer records in the system.
- Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction and resolve issues.
- Escalate complex problems to the appropriate department when needed.
- Identify opportunities for upselling or cross-selling products and services.
- Achieve individual and team performance targets (response time, resolution time, customer satisfaction ratings).
Requirements & Qualifications
- Minimum of an OND / HND / Bachelor’s Degree in a relevant field.
- 1 - 2 years of experience in customer service or call centre roles (preferred).
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution abilities.
- Ability to multitask and manage time effectively.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM systems.
- Positive attitude and excellent interpersonal skills.

Salary
N100,000 monthly.
