Job Summary
- Transnet Cloud is seeking highly motivated and talented Engineering graduates to join our Graduate Trainee Program.
- This role is designed to develop future engineering leaders by providing hands-on experience, structured training, and exposure to real-world projects across our operations in Lagos and Abuja.
Key Responsibilities
- Participate in a structured training program across various engineering functions
- Assist in the design, development, testing, and implementation of engineering solutions
- Support senior engineers in executing technical projects and daily operations
- Conduct research, data analysis, and prepare technical reports
- Ensure compliance with company standards, safety regulations, and best practices
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve project goals
- Continuously learn and apply new engineering concepts and technologies.
Eligibility
- Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering (e.g., Electrical, Mechanical, Civil, Computer, or related field)
- Minimum of First Class or Second Class Upper Division (2:1)
- 0–2 years of relevant experience (NYSC completed)
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and basic engineering tools/software
- Willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment
