Procurement Officer

Description
- We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Procurement Officer to manage the sourcing and purchasing of goods and services for our operations.
- The ideal candidate will ensure cost-effective procurement while maintaining quality standards and timely delivery, particularly within a fast-paced Quick Service Restaurant (QSR) environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Source and evaluate suppliers, vendors, and service providers
- Negotiate prices, terms, and contracts to secure the best deals
- Prepare purchase orders and track order deliveries
- Maintain accurate records of purchases, pricing, and supplier performance
- Ensure compliance with company procurement policies and procedures
- Monitor stock levels and coordinate with relevant departments to avoid shortages
- Conduct market research to identify new products and suppliers
- Build and maintain strong relationships with vendors
- Ensure timely procurement of food items, packaging, and operational supplies in line with QSR standards.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or related fields
- 2 - 4 years experience in procurement or a similar role
- Previous experience in a Quick Service Restaurant (QSR) or food service environment is required
- Strong negotiation and communication skills
- Good knowledge of vendor sourcing practices
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and procurement software/ERP systems
- High level of integrity and attention to detail.

Salary
N300,000 - N400,000 monthly.
