Facilty Officer

Location: Ikoyi, Lagos

Employment Type: Full-time

Responsibilities

• Oversee and supervise all facility maintenance activities
• Ensure proper operation of plumbing, electrical, HVAC, and generator systems
• Conduct regular inspections and handle maintenance issues
• Prepare daily/weekly reports
• Manage maintenance materials and ensure availability on site
• Lead and coordinate technicians to ensure smooth operations

Requirements

• Degree or diploma in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or any related field
• Experience in maintenance works (plumbing, electrical, generators, AC systems, etc.)
• Good knowledge of maintenance materials and tools
• Proficient in reporting using Microsoft Word and Excel
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage and guide technicians.

Salary

N400,000 per month.
