Job Description
- We are looking for a Business development Manager (BDM) who will be responsible for driving Assets Under Management (AUM) growth, new client acquisition,build strategic partnership and overall sales performance within an assigned geographic region.
- The role involves leading, coaching, and managing a team of Sales Executives (SEs) to achieve revenue targets while ensuring high productivity, market penetration, and customer satisfaction.
- The BDM will also play a key role in recruitment, training, team expansion, lead generation, and strategic execution, contributing directly to the company’s growth objectives.
Responsibilities
- Identify, pursue and secure more business opportunities
- Own and deliver regional AUM growth and revenue target.
- Lead, develop, and optimize a high-performing team of Sales Executives
- Provide management with insight and recommendation to improve competitiveness
- Drive new client acquisition, strategic partnerships, and key growth initiatives
- Oversee talent planning, recruitment, and capability development within the region.
Requirements
- B.Sc/HND in Business Administration, Sales, Marketing, or a related discipline
- Minimum of 3-5 years’ experience in business development leadership, preferably within Asset Management sector
- Strong leadership, people management, and coaching capabilities
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Tools, CRM systems and sales performance reporting.
