Emzor Pharmaceutical Industries Ltd, a leading Nigerian pharmaceutical manufacturer with over 40 years of excellence, is seeking a high-caliber Treasury Manager to lead our treasury and cash management functions.
As Treasury Manager, you will provide strategic oversight of our cash flow, banking relationships, and financial risk mitigation, ensuring we maintain an optimal capital structure.
Key Responsibilities
โ Develop robust cash flow forecasting models to ensure liquidity for operational and strategic needs
โ Manage short and long-term funding, including credit lines, loans, and intercompany structures
โ Negotiate and maintain strong relationships with local and international banks for optimal credit and FX terms
โ Mitigate financial risks, including FX exposure, interest rate risk, and investment portfolio management
โ Lead the design and enforcement of treasury policies and internal controls across the group
โ Coach and develop the treasury, credit control, and bank reconciliation teams
Requirements
โ Bachelorโs degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field (MBA preferred)
โ Professional certification: ACA, ACCA, CFA, or ACT (Required)
โ 10โ15 yearsโ experience in treasury, with at least 5 years in a managerial role
โ Proven experience in FMCG or Manufacturing sectors
โ Advanced proficiency in Oracle ERP, financial modeling, and trade finance (Letters of Credit)
