Executive Assistant to the Co-Founder

Role Overview
- The Executive Assistant to the Co-Founder is a high-impact role responsible for providing direct, strategic, and operational support to the Co-Founder. This position requires a highly intelligent, detail-oriented individual with exceptional writing and analytical capabilities.
- The ideal candidate will serve as a trusted partner to the Co-Founder, supporting decision-making through rigorous analysis, producing high-quality written materials, and managing discrete projects from conception to completion with consistency, structure, and precision.
- This role is best suited for an individual with strong intellectual depth, sound judgment, and the ability to engage confidently with senior stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities
Executive Support:
- Provide direct, day-to-day support to the Co-Founder
- Manage calendar, scheduling, and prioritisation of engagements
- Coordinate meetings, prepare agendas, and document key outcomes
- Track action items and ensure timely follow-through
- Support internal and external communications on behalf of the Co-Founder
Business Writing & Reporting (Core Focus):
- Prepare high-quality written materials including:
- Client reports
- Business memos and briefs
- Strategic documents and presentations
- Translate complex ideas and data into clear, structured, and compelling narratives
- Ensure accuracy, clarity, and professionalism in all written outputs
Research & Analytical Support:
- Conduct in-depth research and analysis to support business decisions
- Gather, interpret, and synthesise data from multiple sources
- Develop insights and recommendations based on analytical findings
- Support strategic initiatives with well-structured thinking and evidence-based input
Project Ownership & Execution:
- Take ownership of discrete projects from initiation to completion
- Develop project plans, timelines, and deliverables
- Ensure disciplined execution, monitoring, and reporting of progress
- Maintain high standards of consistency, rigour, and accountability
Stakeholder Engagement:
- Engage effectively with senior management and key stakeholders
- Support preparation for executive-level meetings and discussions
- Demonstrate professionalism, discretion, and strong interpersonal skills

Experience & Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s Degree (minimum requirement)
- First-Class degree from a reputable university is highly preferred
- Demonstrated experience producing high-quality written reports
3–5 years of experience in a role involving:
- Executive support
- Business writing
- Research and analysis

Salary
N350,000 per month.
