About the Role
- We are seeking dynamic, persuasive, and results-driven Marketers Executives to join our growing team. The ideal candidates will be responsible for actively engaging prospective customers, promoting the company’s products/services, and converting leads into paying clients.
- This role is best suited for individuals who are confident, target-oriented, and passionate about sales and customer engagement.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and approach prospective customers to promote company products/services.
- Actively engage with potential clients, both physically and through digital channels.
- Present and explain product offerings clearly to drive sales conversions.
- Meet and exceed assigned sales targets.
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships.
- Follow up on leads and ensure successful closure of sales.
- Provide feedback on customer needs, preferences, and market trends.
- Represent the company professionally at all times.
Requirements
- Candidates should possess a B.Sc, HND, or OND in any relevant field with 1-2 years experience.
- Proficiency in using an iPhone.
- Proven sales experience is an added advantage; however, fresh graduates with a strong, positive attitude are encouraged to apply.
- Self-motivated, confident, and results-driven.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and meet targets consistently.
- High level of energy, enthusiasm, and professionalism.
Remuneration
- Basic Salary: N100,000 - N150,000 / Month
- Commission: N20,000 per successful customer conversion.
- Transport allowance etc.
