Job Description
- We are seeking a reliable and customer-focused Cashier to manage transactions efficiently and provide excellent service to guests.
- The ideal candidate will handle payments accurately, maintain a positive attitude, and support smooth front-of-house operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Greet customers warmly and provide a positive first impression
- Process customer orders and handle cash, POS, and digital payments accurately
- Issue receipts, refunds, or change as required
- Maintain an accurate cash register and balance at the end of each shift
- Respond to customer inquiries and resolve basic complaints professionally
- Coordinate with kitchen and service staff to ensure order accuracy
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the cashier/front desk area
- Monitor and restock items like receipts, packaging, and supplies
- Follow company policies on cash handling, hygiene, and safety.
Requirements
- Interested candidates should possess an OND qualification with 1 - 2 years of working experience.
