Key Responsibilities
- Preparing drinks and cocktails: Mixes alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages with precision and creativity.
- Creating cocktail menus: Designs unique drink recipes that match the hotel’s style or theme.
- Guest interaction: Engages with guests, recommends drinks, and delivers excellent customer service.
- Maintaining the bar area: Keeps the bar clean, organized, and fully stocked.
- Inventory management: Monitors liquor stock, orders supplies, and minimizes waste.
- Ensuring compliance: Follows health, safety, and responsible alcohol service regulations.
Daily Tasks:
- Setting up the bar before service
- Mixing and serving drinks
- Creating new cocktail ideas
- Checking stock levels
- Cleaning and closing the bar
Qualifications
- Experience as a bartender or mixologist
- Training in bartending or mixology (preferred)
- Knowledge of different spirits and drink combinations
Key Skills Required:
- Strong knowledge of cocktails, spirits, and mixing techniques
- Creativity and presentation skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Attention to detail
- Ability to work fast under pressure.
Salary
N100,000 / month.
