Security Guard

Job Summary
- We are seeking vigilant and responsible Security Guards to ensure the safety and security of our facility, staff, patients, and visitors.
- The successful candidate will monitor the premises, prevent unauthorized access, and maintain a secure environment at all times.
Key Responsibilities
- Monitor and patrol the premises regularly to maintain security and safety.
- Control access to the facility by verifying visitors and staff.
- Observe and report suspicious activities or security breaches.
- Ensure orderliness within the premises and assist in crowd control when necessary.
- Protect hospital property and equipment from theft or damage.
- Respond promptly to emergencies and security incidents.
- Maintain a daily log of security activities and incidents.
- Assist staff and visitors with directions when necessary.
Requirements
- Minimum of SSCE or equivalent qualification.
- Previous security experience is an advantage.
- Physically fit and able to stand or patrol for long periods.
- Good observation and communication skills.
- Honest, disciplined, and reliable.
- Ability to remain calm and act quickly in emergencies.
